Tritonwear has not responded to email or the chat

Please respond. I have emailed and received nothing. I tried your chat. No response. Is Tritonwear still in business? You charged my credit card. Will you ship the replacement charging cord? The Tritonwear device and subscription don’t work if the cheap USB charging cord won’t work. Please ship the replacement cord that I ordered and paid for. It is silly that I have to post a negative review to get someone to contact me back.
